At Frogg Toggs Spring, we want to ensure your outdoor adventures are never dampened by the wrong gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear is tracked back to our warehouse.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
